Environmental

We strive to do all these to our environment in order to safeguard our only planet:

Use of AAC Blocks Instead of Clay/ Cement Sand Brick

The use of materials for production of AAC blocks (in terms of per cubic meter) is less than clay/cement bricks as it is more porous. Hence, lesser natural resources are required to construct a given area of work.

Use of Light Weight Steel Truss Instead of Timber Truss

Use of timber truss will result more trees to be felled. Such deforestation will aggravate global warming.

Use of Lightweight Steel Frame Instead of Timber Frame for Doors

Chemical treatment of timber contained toxic material that is harmful to the environment, apart from global warming issue mentioned previously.

Provide On-site Detention Pond (OSD) For Every Development We Undertake

OSD can slow down the flow of heavy downpour so that the flood can be prevented and cause less harm to the environment.

Construct Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP) During Construction

ESCP will reduce soil erosion and water pollution before entering our water catchment.

Provide High Ceiling in Our Housing Projects

It allows better natural ventilation to our living room, bedrooms, etc. Hence, it minimizes the usage of mechanical ventilation.

Provide Double-layered Ceiling in Our Housing Projects

It reduces the heat in the house and lessen the usage of air conditioner. This will further damage the ozone layer.

Using Pre-cast Building Materials and Pre-packed Rendering Materials

These materials are manufactured in factories environment where precision can be achieved using more advance equipment and machineries. Hence, construction wastage can be better controlled and the natural resources can be fully utilized.

Orientate The Facing of The House

This is to avoid direct sunlight entering the house. Hence, it reduces the usage of air conditioner.

Maximize The Usage of Solar Energy During Construction

We use solar light for Centralized Labors Quarters (CLQ), guard house and wherever possible. It reduces the reliance on fossil fuel. Hence, it minimizes the greenhouse effect and climate change.

Social

We donated sugar and flour to Japerun Rembia, as a contribution to the needy of Rembia Residents on 29 march 2023. Such contribution has benefited 1,000 families.

Governance

In line with our corporate policy, we have our own Project Management System (PMS), Progress Control System (PCS) and Cost Control System (CCS). This is to ensure accountability, responsibility, transparency, awareness and impartiality apart from having effective management, systematic workflow, high productivity and quality output.
